I have to deduct one start out of the five, because like other reviewers noted - getting hold of the store either through phone, email, or their chat was extremely frustrating, but I have to note that once I did get hold of them - they were very nice, courteous, professional, and helpful. I had no problem registering my watch on Tissot Canada's website. I'm pretty sure you can't do that if the watch isn't 100% authentic. See screenshot of the registration confirmation email below.

They certainly need to improve their availability to communications with their customers - no doubt about that, but with that being said - I'm very happy with the overall experience I had with them so far, and will likely buy more watches from them in the future.
